The license gives the licensee the right to perform all the acts and enjoy all the
privileges assigned to the holder of the protection document related to the
subject of protection throughout the Kingdom during the whole protection
period, unless it is otherwise stated in the license contract. The licensee shall
not assign the rights and privileges licensed to him by the owner of the
protection document, unless it is expressly stated in the license contract.
