Employees of the Authority and members of the Committee shall not disclose technical information relating to the protection applications of which they become cognizant, in their capacity, to any person, unless such person is officially authorized to receive such information in accordance with the rules applicable in the Kingdom. They shall also not disclose such information to the public, or use it in any way. This undertaking shall continue after the end of their service. Employees of the Authority and members of the Committee may not obtain any protection documents or deal in any of the rights relating to them during their service and for two years after the end of their service.
