Disputes arising between the parties of a payment system and payment service
providers shall, prior to being referred to a competent judicial authority, be
subject to amicable settlement procedures as specified in the regulations,
provided that the settlement period does not exceed 30 days from the date of
filing thereof, unless the parties to the dispute agree in writing to extend said
period.
