Any person who commits or participates in committing by conspiring or aiding and abetting any of the following acts shall be deemed in violation of the provisions of this Law: 1. Providing the Ministry or the public with false or misleading information or data in connection with petroleum or petrochemical operations or products. 2. Obstructing or hindering inspectors from performing their duties as provided for in this Law and the Regulations. 3. Committing or attempting to commit any act that leads to the manipulation of storage levels for the purpose of liquidating or selling petroleum and petrochemical products, or that compromises the security and reliability of petroleum and petrochemical product supplies. 4. Violating any of the provisions of this Law or the Regulations or the terms of the license. Law of Petroleum and Petrochemical Products
