1. Retail pharmaceutical preparations may only be sold in pharmacies. As an
exception, the CEO may decide the preparations that may be sold
elsewhere.
2. Retail herbal preparations may only be sold in pharmacies and herbal
preparations outlets. As an exception, the CEO may decide the preparations
that may be sold elsewhere.
