Committees for the registration of pharmaceutical and herbal preparations
factories and products shall be formed pursuant to a decision by the CEO. The
Regulations shall determine the registration conditions as well as the manner
of formation and work procedures of said committees. The remuneration of
committee members shall be determined pursuant to a Board decision.
