The CEO may issue a decision to revoke the registration of any pharmaceutical
and herbal preparations factory or any pharmaceutical or herbal preparation
and halt its circulation upon a recommendation by the competent registration
committee. The Authority may approve the re-exportation or destruction of said
Law of Pharmaceutical and Herbal Establishments and Preparations
preparation.
