1. A committee, or more, shall be formed pursuant to a decision by the Board
and shall comprise no less than three members, one of which, at least, shall
be a legal advisor.
2. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 36 of this Law, the committee,
referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, shall have the following powers:
a) Reviewing violations of the provisions of this Law, excluding the violations
provided for in Article 35(2), and imposing the penalties stipulated in
