A. A healthcare professional is prohibited from advertising or promoting himself,
directly or indirectly, except in cases provided for in the Implementing
Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions
Regulations.
B. A healthcare professional is prohibited from indicating on signs, cards,
prescriptions, or advertisements, academic titles or specialties that he has
not obtained in accordance with relevant rules.
