Disciplinary penalties for professional violations shall be as follows:
1. Warning.
2. A fine not exceeding 10,000 riyals.
3. Revocation of the license for the practice of healthcare and striking off the
name from the registry of licensees. In case of revocation of the license,
reapplication for a new license may not be filed before the lapse of two years
from the date of revocation.
