1. Subject to the provisions of Article 37 of this Law, appealing a court judgment
terminating the litigation shall require appealing all previous judgments in the
case.
2. An appeal of the judgment rendered on a provisional claim shall require

appealing the judgment rendered on the original claim even if the statutory
deadline has passed.
