A notation must be made in the real estate register for all lease contracts and
legally attested obligations relating to the usufruct of real estate if their duration
is 10 years or more, and for final judgments establishing any of the above. Any
related rights shall not be deemed enforceable nor judicially and
administratively effective without such notation.
