A real estate registrar shall meet the following requirements:
1. He shall hold a university degree in Sharia or law.
2. He shall not have been previously convicted of a crime involving moral
turpitude or dishonesty, even if his record is expunged.
3. He shall pass a training course in the Law of Real Estate Registration in the
manner specified by the Regulations.
4. Any other requirement specified by the Regulations.
