1. The competent authority shall prepare lists of real estate owners pursuant to
the real estate registration deeds issued in accordance with the provisions
of this Law; such lists shall include the data of the deeds as specified by the
Regulations.
2. The competent authority shall publish the lists of real estate owners, referred
to in paragraph (1) of this Article, in the manner specified by the Regulations.
