1. The competent authority may request from the certified public accountant and the
consulting firm any information and data it deems necessary, and may seek the assistance
of any person it deems appropriate to verify such information and data.
2. The competent authority may request a progress report on the licensed real estate project
from the certified public accountant and the consulting firm, as specified in the
Regulations.
