Without prejudice to the provisions of the Law of Real Estate Registration, the competent authority shall, upon issuing a license for a real estate project, request that the agency in charge of notarization makes a notation on the property registration deed of the real estate to be developed indicating that the ownership of such real estate may not be disposed of until development is completed. Such notation may not be removed from the property registration deed of the real estate except with the approval of the competent authority.
