Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the General Court of Audit to monitor
the Bank’s accounts, the Board shall appoint an external auditor, or more,
from among the natural or legal persons licensed to operate in the Kingdom to
audit the Bank’s accounts, transactions, annual budget, and final account, and
shall determine his fees. The auditor's report shall be submitted to the Board,
and a copy thereof shall be provided to the General Court of Audit.
