The Commission shall have the power to set the rules and controls for the
following:
a) Announcing, promoting, or amending tariffs.
b) Entering into agreements with service providers outside the Kingdom for the
provision of international roaming services or any other service.
c) Creating, selling, promoting, or using calling cards.
