If the frequency spectrum allocated for civil and commercial purposes is used in
violation of this Law, the Regulations, or the terms and conditions of the license,
the Commission may suspend the operation of the devices used in the violation
or remove them from service, and may seek the assistance of relevant security
agencies if necessary.
