A trademark registration shall be canceled by force of law in the following cases:
a) Trademarks the registration of which are not renewed in accordance with this
Law and its Implementing Regulations.
b) Trademarks owned by natural or legal persons with whom dealing is
prohibited pursuant to a decision issued by the competent authority.
