The owner of a trademark may authorize any natural or legal person to use it
for all or some of the products or services for which it is registered. The owner
of a trademark shall have the right to authorize others to use it while
simultaneously using it himself, unless agreed otherwise. The authorization
period may not exceed the trademark’s protection period.
