The Implementing Regulations shall specify the temporary protection
procedures for trademarks used on products or services offered at national or
international exhibitions held in the Kingdom or in any of the countries with
which the Kingdom has reciprocal treatment. Such exhibitions shall be
determined pursuant to a decision by the Minister of Commerce.
