The Authority may, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 5 of this Law, include specific
terms in the license, as it deems necessary and in accordance with the provisions of this Law. It may
also amend or add terms to the license if necessary or at the licensee’s request in cases relating to
security, safety, and environmental protection, or in fulfillment of other legal requirements. The
Regulations shall specify the necessary procedures therefor.
