Without prejudice to any harsher penalty provided for in any other law, a person who commits any
of the violations provided for in Article 36 of this Law shall be subject to the following penalties:
1. A person who commits the violation provided for in Article 36(1) of this Law shall be subject to
a fine not exceeding twenty thousand riyals (SAR 20,000), in accordance with the provisions of
