1. If a detected violation requires urgent action, the President may, pursuant to a decision issued thereby, take one or more of the following measures: a) Order the cessation of the violation. b) Remove the damage and rectify the violation or carry out corrective measures at the violator’s expense. c) Suspend the activity wholly or partially for a period not exceeding six months. 2. The decision issued with regard to the violations referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall be implemented as of the date of its issuance.
