Regulations for Shipping Agents
Introduction
In accordance with the General Regulations for Licenses and Permits issued by the Saudi Ports Authority’s Board of Directors, Resolution
No. (143/C15/D2), dated (07/11/1443H), under which the Authority is empowered to set general regulations for licenses and permits
within the Authority, the Regulations for Shipping Agents have been developed to ensure that the activity is conducted in accordance
with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. These Regulations shall be complementary to the responsibilities set forth in the
Commercial Maritime Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (D/33), dated 05/04/1440H.
