1. A service provider shall be liable for any damage caused to public or private property as a result
of violating the provisions of this Law, the Regulations, or the license terms, unless it is established
that another party is liable therefor.
2. If public or private property is damaged as a result of engaging in any road transport activity
without a license, the person causing such damage shall be liable therefor unless liability is
established against another party.
