The Authority shall, with regard to the activities specified thereby, carry out the following:
1. Qualify providers of equipment and electronic services for vehicles, in accordance with the
controls and criteria specified in the Regulations.
2. Qualify providers of professional driver training services, in accordance with the controls and
criteria specified in the Regulations.
3. Specify the performance assessment areas for service providers and any relevant procedures
relating to licenses and the classification thereof, in accordance with the controls and criteria
specified in the Regulations.
