Clearly and conspicuously state changes to fees, costs and benefits. 1.2 Direct communication with the card issuer to find out about changes to the terms and conditions. 1.3 The customer's right to terminate the credit card agreement within (14) days from the date of notification, indicating the specific mechanism for this, provided that it is easy and convenient.
