Specific Provisions
1. Income referred to in Articles 10 and 11 of this Agreement, which is derived by the
Government of a Contracting State in the other Contracting State, as well as any
gains derived from the alienation of shares, debt-claims or rights from which such
income is derived, shall be exempt from taxation in that other Contracting State.
2. For the purposes of paragraph 1 of this Article, the Government of a Contracting State
shall include:
a. in the case of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
i.
the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency;
ii.
the Public Investment Fund;
b. in the case of Singapore:
i.
the Monetary Authority of Singapore;
ii.
the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd;
c. any other statutory body or governmental institution, other than corporations,
wholly owned by the Government of a Contracting State.
