1. The annuities branch contribution shall be 22 percent of the contributory wage or salary; the employer shall bear 11 percent and the contributor shall bear 11 percent. 2. The annuities branch contribution for voluntary contributors shall be 22 percent of the contributory wage, to be fully borne by the contributor. 3. The percentages of contribution provided for in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Article may be amended pursuant to a Council of Ministers resolution issued upon a proposal by the Board of Directors based on an actuarial study.
