The Internal Regulations issued pursuant to this Law will determine the rules,
instructions and procedures relating to the Authority’s administrative and
financial affairs and the Authority’s personnel affairs, including rules of
professional conduct and the means of development of the Authority’s
operations, realization of its objectives and the enhancement of the
performance and professional and academic standards of its staff.
