A claim filed by a principal against his lawyer in connection with the documents deposited with that lawyer shall not be heard
after the expiry of a period of five years from the date on which that lawyer completed his assignment, except where such
documents have been claimed by registered mail, with an acknowledgement of receipt, prior to expiry of that period, in which
case calculation of that period shall commence from the date of receipt of that mail.
