In case of a lawyer’s death, and if the deceased lawyer’s heirs and the client fail to agree on the fees, the competent court shall
assess such fees consistent with the effort exerted by the deceased lawyer, the benefit obtained by the client, the stage of the
proceedings, and the concluded agreement.
