Upon suspending a lawyer from practicing law, his name shall be transferred from the list of practicing lawyers to the list of non-
practicing lawyers. A suspended lawyer shall not be entitled to conduct his practice throughout the duration of suspension. If he
fails to comply with the same, his name shall be struck off the lawyers’ list and his license shall be revoked. The Minister of
Justice shall, pursuant to a recommendation by the committee provided for in Article 5 hereof, issue instructions relating to
pending cases that were being handled by suspended lawyers.
