Added 1- The Ministry of Justice may request the data and information necessary to verify the documents accompanying the license applications of foreign law firms. It may also request the necessary data and information from the licensed foreign law firms to ensure that they comply with the provisions of this Law and its implementing regulations, in accordance with the nature and type of license issued to them. 2- The Ministry of Justice - in accordance with its discretion and to the extent necessary for that purpose- may delegate other bodies in respect of its powers provided for in paragraph (1) of this Article.
