Making Registration Certificate Available to the Public
The Competent Authority allows the public to verify the registration of Controllers in the national
registry by reviewing the registration certificate and verifying its authenticity, without imposing any
requirements. This measure is taken to protect personal data and enhance confidence in the
services provided.
