Waste Management Law

1. A service provider shall dispose of waste in the manner specified by the Center and in accordance with the Regulations. 2. A service provider shall verify the accuracy of the information related to the waste he receives, complete the information of the transportation record and document, and ensure that such waste falls within the scope of the activities he is licensed to provide. 3. A service provider who contracts with a government agency shall submit periodic reports to the Center in accordance with the Regulations. 4. The providers of transportation, storage, treatment, and safe disposal services shall comply with the requirements of the transportation document in accordance with the Regulations. 5. The providers of treatment, recycling, and safe disposal services shall accept any type of waste that falls within the scope of the activities they are Waste Management Law licensed to provide.
