In addition to imposing the penalties provided for in Article 32, the committee referred to in Article 33 of this Law may: 1. impose a fine not exceeding 10% of the amount of the fine stipulated in Article 32(1) of this Law for each day the violation continues, provided that said fine is calculated from the date specified in the decision; and 2. include in the penalty decision a provision to publish its summary at the expense of the violator in a local newspaper published in the area of his residence or, if none is available, in the nearest area, or through any other appropriate medium based on the type, gravity, and effect of the violation, provided that the summary is published after the decision becomes unappealable due to the lapse of the statutory appeal period.
