The Registration application is submitted electronically to the Authority, and should contain the following data: Registrant name, nationality, status, address and copy of the Power of Attorney (if any). Author name, alias and nickname (if any), nationality, address and death date (in the case the Author has died). Name of entity that directed the work (if any), its address and the document that shows as the relationship between the entity and the author. The Work title, type, description and language. The publisher’s name and address, date and place of first publication and the international number (if any). Alienator’s name, nationality and address, alienation type, duration, geographical scope and the document that shows as evidence the alienation incident from the author or the right owner.
