The Company shall not nominate a member to its board of directors or to a senior management position without the written approval of SAMA in the following circumstances: لا يجوز، إلا بموافقة كتابية مسبقة من المؤسسة، أن يرشح لعضوية مجلس إدارة الشركة أو أن يتوڲى وظيفة مدير فٕڈا من: 1. A Person who had held similar position in a liquidated Company. شغل نفس المركز أو الوظيفة ࢭي شركة صفيت. 2.
