The statutory deposit shall be ten percent (10%) of the paid up capital. SAMA, where the risk profile of the Company’s business warrants it, shall increase this percentage to a maximum of βifteen percent (15%). The Company shall place the statutory deposit amount, within three (3) months period from the date of issuing the license, in a bank designated by SAMA.
