اجتماع ات اللجنة 52. The Audit Committee meetings shall not be held without the presence of at least half of its members. لا ينعقد اجتماع لجنة المراجعة إلا َّ بحضور نصف أعضا٬ڈا عڴى الأقل. 53. The Audit Committee shall meet at least six times a year, include an annual meeting with the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee is entitled, if the need arises, to hold other meetings in response to any of the following cases including but not limited to: تعقد لجنة المراجعة ستة اجتماعات ࢭي السنة عڴى الأقل، بما فٕڈا الاجتماع ا لسنوي مع مجلس الإدارة. ويمكن للجنة المراجعة - مۘܢ ما دعت الحاجة- عقد اجتماعات أخرى استجابةً لأي من الآتي عڴى سبيل المثال لا الحصر: a. Upon the request of the Chairman of the Board. أ( طلب من رئيس مجلس الإدارة. b. Cases in which the External Auditor, Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer or Actuary requests a Committee meeting due to reason that requires so. (ب الحالات الۘܣ يطلب فٕڈا المراجع الخارڊي أو الداخڴي أو مسؤول الال؅قام أو الخب؈ر الاكتواري عقد اجتماع اللجنة لوجود حاجة تستدڤي ذلك. c. Meetings on other issues such as: ج( اجتماعات بشأن مسائل أخرى مثل: Financial and audit issues .المسائل المالية ومسائل المراجعة Compliance issues .المسائل النظامية Conflicts of interest .تعارض المصالح Professional and ethical codes of conduct .قواعد السلوك الم۶ܣ والأخلاࢮي Ninth: Committee’s Decisions
