Implementing Regulations of the Law of Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies promulgated by Royal Decree M/32 dated 2/6/1424 H stipulates that: The Company and the Insurance Brokerage shall pay the costs of inspection and supervision by paying SAMA the following: a) The Company shall pay five per thousand of total underwritten premiums in a financial year excluding local market share of the reinsurance business. b) The Insurance/Reinsurance Brokerage shall pay an amount representing one percent (1%) from the total commissions and fees earned within an c) accounting year. تنص المادة السادسة والثلا ون من اللائحة التنف يذية لنظام مراقبة شركات التأمين التعاوني الصادر بالمرسوم الم كي رقم م32 وتار2 6 : ه على أن على الشركة ووسيط التأمين دفع تكاليف الإشراف والتفتيش السنو ة ل مؤسسة على :النحو الآتي أ) تدفع الشركة نسبة0.٥ % ) خمسة بالألف من مجموع الأقساط المكتتب بها ف ي السنة المالية، بعد استبعاد نصيب السوق المحلي .من إعادة التأمين ب) يدفع وسيط التأمين و/أو إعادة التأمين نسبة1 ) واحد بالمئة من مجموع العمولات والأتعاب التي حصل ع يها في السنة .المالية Part 3: Payment Timing الباب الثالث: مواعيد الدفع Insurance/ reinsurance companies should pay the supervision and inspection costs to SAMA on a quarterly basis: a) The payment for the first quarter should be made at the latest by the end of the 4th month of the financial year. b) The payment for the second quarter should be made at the latest by the end of the 7th month of the financial year. يجب أن تدفع شركات التأمين و أو إعادة التأمين تكاليف الرقابة والتفتيش ل مؤسسة :على أساس ربع سنوي، وفقا لما يلي أ) ي دفع المستحق عن الربع الأول في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر الرابع من السنة المال.ية ل شركة ب) ي دفع المستحق عن الربع الثاني في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر السابع من السنة .المالية ل شركة c) The payment for the third quarter should be made at the latest by the end of the 10th month of the financial year. d) The payment for the fourth quarter should be made at the latest by the end of the 1st month of the next financial year. ج) ي دفع المستحق عن الربع الثالث في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر العاشر من السنة .المالية ل شركة د) ي دفع المستحق عن الربع الرابع في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر الأول من السنة .المالية اللاحقة ل شركة Brokers should pay the supervision and inspection costs to SAMA on a semi-annual basis: a) The payment for the first semester should be made at the latest by the end of the 7th month of the financial year. b) The payment for the second semester should be made at the latest by the end of the 1st month of the next financial year. يجب أن يدفع وسيط التأمين و أو إعادة التأمين تكاليف الرقابة والتفتيش ل مؤسسة على أساس نص ف :سنوي، وفقا لما يلي أ) ي دفع المستحق عن النصف الأول في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر السابع من .السنة المالية ل شركة ب) ي دفع المستحق عن النصف الثاني في موعد أقصاه نهاية الشهر الأول من .السنة المالية اللاحقة ل شركة Any delay in the payment of the supervision costs will subject the company to a sanction of 0.25% of the amount due to SAMA for every late day. If the delay period exceeded six months, the delaying company’s license might be subject to withdrawal or cancelation. تتعرض الشركة المتأخرة في السداد عن المواعيد أعلاه لغرامة قدرها0.2٥ % ر بع بالمئة) من إجمالي المب غ المستحق ل مؤسسة عن كل يوم تأخير. وإذا استمر التأخير لمدة تز د عن ستة أشهر قد يتم سحب أو إلغا تصر ح الشركة المتأخرة عن السداد. Part 4: Cost Payment Method: الباب الرابع: طريقة دفع التكاليف Payments of the Supervision and Inspection costs to SAMA shall be paid by a wire transfer to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority – Headquarter.
