Electronic Platform: Any electronic means used to conduct Insurance Aggregation Activities for example a website and application. وثائق التأمين لصالح المؤمن لهم، ويشمل ذلك مقارنة الأسعار والتغطيات المقدمة من شركات التأمين، وتسهيل وإتمام عملية بيع .وشراء الوثائق :المنصة الإلكترونية هي أي وسيلة إلكترونية يتم استخدامها لممارسة أعمال وساطة التأمين إلكترونيًا منها و على سبيل المثال والتطبيق الإلكتروني الموقع الإلكتروني Two Scope of Application These Rules shall apply to Insurance Aggregation Activities. نطاق التطبيق تسري هذه القواعد على أعمال وساطة التأمين الإلكترونية. الثانية Three Purpose The Rules set out the requirements and controls necessary for granting the license to carry out online Insurance Aggregation Activities in Saudi Arabia, in addition to the rules concerning the relationship between the Insurance Aggregator and Insurance Companies. الغرض ُت حدد هذه القواعد المتطلبات والضوابط اللازمة للت رخيص و ممارسة أعمال وساطة التأمين الإلكتروني ة من خلال شبكة الإنترنت في المملكة العربي ة السعودية ،بالإضاف ة إلى الضوابط الخاصة بعلاقة وسيط التأمين الإلكتروني .بشركات التأمين الثالثة Four General Provisions 1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Law, the insurance aggregator license application shall be submitted to SAMA in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in these Rules along with the instructions issued by SAMA in this regard from time to time . 2. The provisions of the Law and its Implementing Regulation, Insurance Intermediaries Regulation, Online Insurance Activities Regulation and SAMA’s relevant rules and instructions and relevant laws and regulations issued by other authorities shall :أحكام عامة مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام نظام مراقبة شركات التأمين التعاوني، يتم تقديم طلب الترخيص لممارسة أعمال وساطة التأمين الإلكترونية إلى للمتطلبات والضوابط المؤسسة وفقا و الإجراءات الواردة في هذه القواعد ، بالإضافة إلى ما تحدده المؤسسة بهذا الشأن من وقت .لآخر تسري أحكام نظام مراقبة شركات التأمين التعاوني، ولائحته التنفيذية، واللائحة التنظيمية لوسطاء ووكلاء التأمين، ولائحة وقواعد الإلكترونية التأمين عمليات وتعليمات المؤسسة والأنظمة الأخرى ذات الرابعة
