Through long-term academic partnerships, it is possible to develop advanced curricula, organize joint training programs, and fund applied research that address es real-world challenges. Such collaboration also supports the creation of joint research centers, scien tific competitions, and the attraction of top academics and experts to contribute to sector development. These matrices help identify skill gaps, design targeted training programs, and make performance evaluations more efficient and objective, supporting effective planning for career development and leadership succession. Linking Individual Performance to Skill Growth: This linkage helps promote a culture of continuous learning and motivates employees to improve themselves. By measuring the acquisition and applica tion of skills in the work context, performance can be evaluated more comprehensively and fairly. This also allows promotions and rewards to be based on actual achievements and professional growth, fostering enterprise loyalty and supporting the effective realization of organizational goals. Simplified Practical Example Each employee is evaluated quarterly based on an AI skills matrix and is required to complete specialized courses throughout the year.
