If the debtor’s guarantor or any other person pays part of the debt to the creditor prior to or after the initiation of the liquidation procedure, the
creditor must deduct the amount paid from the claim submitted to the trustee. The guarantor or any other person may submit a claim to the trustee
for any such paid amount.
