1. If the creditor files his claim after the expiration of the 90-day period specified under Article 56 of this Law, and prior to the final distribution of the sale proceeds of the bankruptcy assets, the trustee shall consider the claim and recommend that the court either accepts, rejects, or refers said claim to an expert, subject to Article 68(2) of this Law. 2. The objection of a creditor who fails to file his claim within the 90-day period specified under Article 56 of this Law to any distribution made by the trustee prior to the filing of the outstanding claim shall not be accepted.
