1. The trustee shall return to the debtor any surplus from the liquidation proceeds after satisfying all debts, in accordance with the Regulations.
2. The trustee may, upon satisfying the creditors’ dues and upon the debtor’s request, petition the court to postpone the termination of the
liquidation procedure, as specified in the Regulations.
