1. Upon liquidation of bankruptcy assets, the trustee shall take into account the limitation of owners’ liability in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws. 2. Jointly liable owners shall be liable for covering any shortfall in bankruptcy assets if sale proceeds thereof are insufficient to satisfy bankruptcy debts. The trustee shall demand in writing that the owners satisfy bankruptcy debts on the date he sets, and any funds paid by the owners shall be added to the bankruptcy assets. If the owners fail to make such payments, the trustee shall petition the court to order them to pay.
